By booking or allowing

class with your child, you have agreed to allow www.Aquabèbè.co.uk
to upload images to a secure password protected website.

retains the copyright of all images taken in the pool session.
If we require to use images for promotions material, www.Aquabèbè.co.uk
will contact the models/guardian beforehand for consent.

cannot guarantee to get photography of your child
from each shoot. A photoshoot will normally take
30 minutes, and we try to get between 2-6 submersions. Each baby has
different abilities and our aim is to make it a pleasurable experience
for the infant and the parents.

Before any shoot commences
www.Aquabèbè.co.uk and the swimschool
instructors have the last say to whether your child is fit enough
to complete the photo session. If there is any concerns, before
the shoot commences, the shoot will be stopped immediately.
- The parents & Guardian must not to
give out the password or username to any third party.

are not responsible for any incorrect orders of print made by customers.
It is a duty that all customers check there orders before they are
sent.

All prints are printed
on special archival paper, and special dye based inks are used for
longevity. It is recommended by the manufacturers that all prints
should be displayed in a photographic frame with a glass front,
and displayed away from direct sunlight.All prints are are guaranteed
for one month, and www.Aquabèbè.co.uk
can not be responsible for deterioration of prints that are stored
in adverse conditions.

If the print are damaged
or don't arrive at the destinations, www.Aquabèbè.co.uk
will be happy to replace the prints free of charge.
